🇹🇭 รายงานผลการรักษา
1. ผลตรวจเลือด: พบพยาธิเม็ดเลือดชนิดคอนเฟิร์ม คือ E.canis และ Anaplasma
2. ผลตรวจชิ้นเนื้อ: เป็นเนื้องอกในอวัยวะสืบพันธุ์ TVT (Canine Transmissible Venereal Tumor)
*หมายเหตุ: เนื่องจากสุนัขเป็นเพศผู้ การติดต่อจากการสัมผัสสุนัขเพศเมียที่มีเชื้อ จึงทำให้เขาติดเชื้อที่จมูกแทน✅
แผนการรักษา: ปกติต้องทำคีโมอาทิตย์ละครั้ง แต่ตอนนี้ร่างกายสุนัขไม่ไหวและไม่พร้อม เนื่องจากภาวะเลือดจางมากๆ จากโรคที่ตรวจเจอ จึงต้องให้ยากินต่อเนื่องและนัดตรวจเลือดอีก 10 วันข้างหน้า
ปัจจุบันสุนัขกินอาหารเองได้ (อาหารเหลว) และกลับมาพักฟื้นตัวกินยาที่ศูนย์พักพิงของมูลนิธิ เราจะแจ้งอาการอีกครั้งหลังตรวจเลือดรอบหน้าค่ะ
การรักษาที่ยาวนานและยังมีอีกหลายตัวที่รอการรักษา ท่านสามารถร่วมช่วยค่าเวชภัณฑ์ยา ค่าตรวจโรค/เลือด ค่ารักษาให้กับพวกเขาได้ที่

🇬🇧 Medical Update
1. Blood Test Results: Confirmed positive for blood parasites: E.canis and Anaplasma.
2. Biopsy Results: Diagnosed with TVT (Canine Transmissible Venereal Tumor).
*Note: Although Ping Ping is male, close contact with an infected female caused the tumor to develop in his nasal cavity instead.✅
Treatment Plan: Normally, weekly chemotherapy is required. However, his body is currently too weak and severely anemic due to the detected diseases. He requires continuous oral medication and is scheduled for a follow-up blood test in 10 days.
He can eat on his own (liquid food) and is currently recovering and taking medication at the foundation's shelter. We will provide another update after his next blood test.
